At IdylleMassage.com, we do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy lasts 30 days. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. However, certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Other non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software.
- Certain health and personal care items.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, but directly to the address provided below.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after several days:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank.

Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
